SUPPORT THE MISSION

Every veteran deserves a guidon.

Every veteran deserves a guidon.

The GUIDON Foundation is the public name of The GUIDON Charitable Foundation, Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

The GUIDON Foundation turns the VA benefits maze into plain language and clear next steps — free, for every veteran, family member, and caregiver who needs it. No accounts. No ads. No paywalls. Your gift keeps it that way.

WHAT YOUR GIFT FUNDS

Free guidance, forever. Hosting and tools keep goguidon.com and the GUIDON app free.

Boots-on-the-ground outreach. Printed materials and event presence put this map in front of veterans who’d never search for it — gun shows, VFW halls, community events.

Keeping the lights on, legally. State registrations and filings keep a nonprofit in good standing.

What’s next. New guides are built from the questions veterans actually ask — like the Claim Map, built because a retiring colonel told us what nobody told him.

A note from the founder

I built GUIDON after my own fight through the VA system — and after watching too many good people give up on benefits they earned. Until now, I’ve funded this work personally: the site, the app, the filings, all of it. I don’t say that for credit — I say it so you know exactly what kind of operation your gift joins. Every dollar is watched (ask my wife, our treasurer), every tool we build is free, and every official source is linked so you never have to take our word for anything.
